Route 300 was an intertown service that primarily operated between Belconnen and Tuggeranong, via City and Woden. For a period, the service also operated via Erindale, and towards the end of its existence, extended to Kippax and Lanyon on either end of the route.

Notes
- Route 300 was introduced in January 2000 to supplement the other intertown routes, following the discontinuation of Route 316 (1999) and Route 317 (1999). It initially operated limited services only,
- From April 2005, Route 300 operated via Wanniassa and Erindale at evenings and on weekends.
- From June 2008, Route 300 ceased operating via Wanniassa and Erindale, and operated Monday-Friday only. Weekend services operated as Route 900 (2008)
- The route was altered in June 2009 following the closure of Belconnen Interchange, to service Cohen St Station, and the temporary stations on Cameron Ave and Lathlain St.
- The route was altered in November 2010 to service Belconnen Community Bus Station and Westfield Bus Station following their opening.
- Blue Rapid branding was assigned to the route in November 2010.
- The route was modified in March 2013 to travel via Rimmer St and Kingsley St (ANU)
- In August 2016, the northern end of the route was extended to Kippax.
- In October 2017, the southern end of the route was extended to Lanyon Marketplace.
