- From February 1987 to February 1988, it operated on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and each day during school holidays.
- It operated as a day trip, ordinarily serviced by BUS 251, a Volvo coach. Two visits were made to some attractions to enable passengers to leave the coach to spend a longer time at particular sites (such as 5hr 55m at Cotter Rivet, 4 hours 10 minutes at Corin Forest, or 3 hr 55m at Tidbinbilla Reserve)
